Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with FLYNOW INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR L.L.C, trading as FlyNow Tours (“we”, “us”), through this website, on WhatsApp or by email. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them, on your own behalf and for everyone included in the booking.

We arrange flights, hotel stays and UAE tourist visas. The flights are operated by the airlines, the stays are provided by the hotels, and visas are issued by the UAE authorities. Each of them has its own conditions, which apply to your booking alongside these terms.

• Every traveller’s name must be entered exactly as it appears in their passport. Airlines and authorities may refuse travel or entry if the names do not match, and correcting a name after booking may not be possible or may carry the supplier’s fees.
• Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel and must cover the whole trip.
• You are responsible for meeting the entry, transit and health requirements of every country on your itinerary, including visas other than the UAE tourist visa you apply for with us.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are calculated by our system when you make the booking. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and the airline, hotel or authority has accepted it. Until then it shows as pending payment, and the price and availability can change.

To ask about a booking or request a change or cancellation, email bookings@flynow.ae with your booking reference (hotel@flynow.ae for hotel stays, visa@flynow.ae for visa applications). Payments and refunds are handled by payments@flynow.ae.

How cancellations and refunds work for each service is summarised in our refund policy.

• Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the fare rules of the airline that issued the ticket, including any fees or non-refundable amounts it sets.
• Airlines may change schedules. We will pass on any change the airline tells us about, using the contact details on the booking.
• Check-in, baggage allowances and boarding are governed by the airline’s own conditions.
• Multi-city itineraries are arranged directly with our travel team on WhatsApp.

• Changes and cancellations follow the policy of the hotel and room rate you booked, including any charges it applies.
• Check-in and check-out times, identity documents at check-in, deposits and any charges collected directly by the hotel are set by the hotel.

• Whether a visa is issued is decided solely by the competent UAE authorities. We prepare and submit the application but cannot guarantee approval. Processing times shown on the website are estimates.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the authorities, including when the application is rejected.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Incomplete or incorrect details can delay or prevent approval.
• Visitors must leave the UAE or change their status before the visa expires. Any overstay fines are the visitor’s responsibility.

We take care to arrange your booking correctly and to pass your details accurately to the airline, hotel or authority. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for the acts or decisions of airlines, hotels or government authorities, or for events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you book applies to that booking.
