Privacy policy

This website is operated by FLYNOW INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR L.L.C, trading as FlyNow Tours, with its office at Office B0306, Oudh Metha Plaza, Plot 121-0, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data you give us through this website, by WhatsApp or by email.

We only ask for what we need to make and manage your booking.

Contact details

For every flight, hotel or visa booking: the full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number of the person making the booking.

Travellers on a flight booking

For each traveller: traveller type (adult, child or infant), title, first and last name as shown in the passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date.

Hotel bookings

The hotel, room type, stay dates and number of guests, together with the contact details above.

UAE visa applications

For each applicant: full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth and passport expiry date, plus the files you upload: a copy of the passport and a personal photo (PDF, JPG or PNG). We also record the planned arrival date and the visa type you chose.

Messages and documents you send us

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation and any documents you send so we can deal with your request.

Technical data

Like most websites, our servers may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the service running and to protect it from misuse.

• To make, change and manage your flight, hotel and visa bookings.
• To prepare and submit visa applications to the UAE authorities.
• To contact you about your booking or application.
• To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

We share personal data only with the parties that need it to complete your booking, and only the details they need:

• Airlines receive traveller names, dates of birth, nationality and passport details to issue tickets.
• Hotels receive the guest name, contact details and stay details for the reservation.
• The competent UAE authorities receive applicant details, passport copies and photos to process visa applications.
• Payment providers, when you pay online. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own checkout page; they do not pass through or get stored on our servers.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, where UAE law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Masked details on booking pages. Confirmation pages that can be opened with a booking reference show contact details only in masked form (for example m***@domain.com and +971 *** **89) and never show passport numbers, dates of birth or uploaded documents.
• Email check on My Trips. Looking up a booking on My Trips needs both the booking reference and the email address used to book it.
• Staff-only access. Full passport details and uploaded documents can only be opened by authorised FlyNow staff after signing in to our admin system. Uploaded files are never published at a public link.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at present. The website keeps a few small items in your browser so that it works:

• The email address you booked with, in session storage, so the confirmation page can continue to payment. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• A marker that a completed booking has already been recorded, so it is not counted twice.
• For staff only, the sign-in session for the admin system.

If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy before they are switched on.

We keep booking records, application details and documents for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations under UAE law.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@flynow.ae. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you if that applies.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
